This month I wanted to talk about one of the newest services QPharm Inc. offers, Pouching. We recently purchased a Bartelt pouching machine to allow us produce 3 and 4 side sealed pouches made from various materials such as paper, foil or polyvinyl. These are single use powder or liquid filled pouches in the 10 – 40 gram/ml range. Looking to compliment our current line of packaging services, QPharm has acquired a stick pack machine for single serving 1-10 gram pouches. Stick packs are an excellent form of packaging and perfect for trade show samples or any product requiring a single dose serving.Unlike some bottles and blisters, which can be bulky and difficult to carry around, stick packs have a small, sleek design and are perfect for traveling.
