Secondary/Manual Packaging

QPharm offers qualified and thorough secondary packaging of DIN and NHP products.  Having been licensed for over 15 years, our staff has had experience with many different secondary packaging operations and procedures. Some common secondary procedures completed at QPharm are:

  • Lot code and expiry date inspection
  • Assembly of multipacks (shrink wrapping)
  • Re-cartoning and ink coding
  • De-labelling
  • Leaflet replacement
  • Re-labelling with new lot and/or expiry
  • Blister packaging in new carton with inserts
