As I mentioned in the last blog article, each month I’m going to profile a service offered here at QPharm. This month I’ve chosen to profile the service where it all started for QPharm, Contract Bottle Filling. But first, little history about how it all began.

In 1996 we jumped at the opportunity to work with a relatively large international pharmaceutical company by purchasing a packaging line that was designed specifically for packing tablets and/or capsules. We acquired our DIN establishment license for packaging and we were off to the races! While the orders weren’t overly large at the time, this packaging line opened doors for QPharm and allowed us the opportunity to work with numerous pharmaceutical and health product companies. As a result, QPharm has become a reputable packaging company for the Canadian pharmaceutical industry.

The line has very much evolved since 1996. While we still offer filling of tablets, soft gels and hard gelatine capsules, we also offer filling of all  liquid products (drinks, lotions, creams, syrups, etc.). With our packaging line we are able to cap, cotton, induction seal, neck-band, ink-jet, label, carton, and shrink wrap all sizes and shapes of bottles.

With multiple years of service and experience under our belt, bottle filling has become our true core-competency. We bottle fill tablets, capsules, and liquids 16 hours a day.  As such, we able to offer excellent turn around, fantastic service, and competitive pricing. More than anything though, we are committed to the highest quality.

While our Health Canada establishment license for packaging allows us to legally pack pharmaceutical products, it is you, the customer, who decides to trust us with your products. We NEVER take this lightly. At QPharm our goal is always to be an “extension” of any company we work for. We even encourage customers to visit our facility during production and see how we operate.
